Ice Cream with Chocolate Balsamic Drizzle

Dark Chocolate Balsamic Drizzle

It’s so simple you can make it in minutes, even with last minute preparation. Just have the ingredients on hand any time of year, and let your craving loose without feeling super guilty. For a Valentine’s Day flair, you can add fresh red berries like strawberries and raspberries for some extra color and sweetness.

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (Or your favorite flavor, or even Frozen Yogurt, if that’s your thing. Did you get the idea yet that this is super easy?)
  • 1-2 Tbsp of Chocolate Balsamic drizzled over the top
  • That’s it! Enjoy!

The Aged Raspberry Balsamic adds a delightful twist to your classic Dark Chocolate brownies. This thick, rich, perfectly balanced Balsamic oozes with the natural flavor of fresh, ripe raspberries. Both sweet and tart, it’s perfect tossed with a mixed greens salad and a little feta cheese. But in chocolate, it truly sings!

Blood Orange Whipped Cream

Blood Orange Olive Oil Whipped Cream

For topping any dessert, you can really astound by making your own homemade whipped cream. (Don’t worry, if you have a stand mixer with whisk, or even an old school hand mixer, it’s simpler than it sounds!) And of course, it’s even extra impressive when it’s paired with our Blood Orange Olive Oil for that extra layer of flavor and panache! The recipe is simple:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Pairings Blood Orange Agrumato Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

  • Whip the cream and blood orange olive oil with the confectioners’ sugar with a mixer or in the blender until soft peaks form.

You can pair this with any dessert to add a ‘Wow!’ factor. If you end up just eating it off of a spoon, no judgment… but this Blood Orange Whipped Creme is delectable topping fresh chocolate brownies, ice cream sundaes, or even as a simple dip for strawberries. It’s an easy treat to share with your sweetheart this weekend.
